Workplace sickness absence is increasing year on year. One of the most common things now seen on a sick paper from a GP is ‘Stress at work’ or ‘Anxiety’.

There are very strict legal obligations that are placed upon those who employ people in relation to managing stress etc.

This course will equip Managers and business owners with the tools needed to ensure that they know how to recognise stress and depression amongst their colleagues and also, how to effectively deal with it whilst at the same time, managing the operational needs of the business.
