The management of anger can be a very difficult task for those who have to face it. By getting involved, will your actions make things worse or better? Many people struggle internally with this concept.

This course the issue of anger and anger management are tackled in a lively, stimulating and open environment.

Delegates will be taught techniques that will lead to safe practices and safe ways of working.

Anger and aggressive behaviour will be looked at from all angles and the cycle of aggressive behaviour will be examined.

Delegates will be taught how to identify the early signs of anger and aggression and also some verbal escalation techniques that they can utilise.
