Sabrina Moore

Sabrina is a Personal Trainer working in South Wales dedicated to helping people improve their mental health through regular exercise and good nutrition.

She has a background in Chemistry but started a personal training business as a result of her own experiences using exercise as a tool to help her recover from depression.

Sabrina makes sure she stays informed, using current research as well as her own experience, to help her clients effectively and endeavours to make exercise enjoyable for anyone.
